the main idea that was generated was to create a vector illustrator of a sewing machine, as it is known as a piece of standard machinery used in the fashion industry, which is dispensing out red fabric, which behaves like a red carpet fashion runway. The red carpet element was added as they are commonly used in fast fashion runways events.

Within the new infographic, Added in popular fast fashion brand’s sustainability rating as the main statistic element, which was converted to percentages, as I believe more people will immediately grasp the understanding and topic of the infographic at first glance as these brands are popular and commonly known.

I created for the infographic a radiation chart of the sustainability percentage through watching a tutorial video by ‘The design ninja’ called ‘make a radial bar graph in adobe illustrator keeping data live’ where he explained what tools to use to achieve this visual graph.

The colours that were chosen for the infographic were: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. These colours were chosen because in fashion there is no consistent colour theme or a colour that represents fashion itself, as fashion itself is very versatile and open. Most fashion trends are based on the different 4 seasons, an example is a summer: where most people will wear bright and vibrant colours to match the seasonal background.
